Chaney takes gold in PAMA taekwondo tourney

On April 25, Dyman Chaney (center) competed in the 2015 PAMA Spring Invitational Taekwondo Championship Tournament. Chaney won gold medals in both the sparring and forms competitions. The Patterson resident is closing out her sophomore year at Patterson High School where she is an All-American cheerleader through the United Cheerleading Association. Her rank in taekwondo is 6 Geup at the green belt level. In June she plans to compete in the U.S. Open Taekwondo Hanmadang in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
