Patterson’s golf team finishes season after regional play

Patterson High School finished regional play with a team score of 351 in the Louisiana High School Athletic Association Division III, Region II (Districts 3 and 4) golf tournament held Tuesday at The Atchafalaya at Idlewild near Patterson.
Team members and their scores are, Bryce Beaubouef, 76; Cade Thibodaux, 78; Kenny Singleton, 96; Joel Singleton, 101 and Trey Olwell, 118. Beaubouef missed moving on to state competition by one stroke.
University Lab won the division with a 283 followed by second place Catholic (NI) with a 296, third place Parkview Baptist had a 308 and fourth place Dunham had a 311.
Top individual finishers were Price Butcher, Newman, 69; Stephen Wall, Northlake Christian, 72; Ryan Mundine, Pope John Paul II, 75 and Mikey Landry, St. Charles, 75.
