JIM MICHAEL HILLIARD

Jim Michael Hilliard, 62, a native of Bayou Sale and a resident of Franklin, died Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 3:50 p.m., at Franklin Foundation Hospital.
Visitation will be observed on Saturday, May 16, at the New Providence Baptist Church in Centerville, from 10 a.m. until funeral services at 1 p.m.
Minister Ronald Young will officiate the services. Burial will follow in the Golden Queen Cemetery in Centerville.
Cherished and divine memories will forever be remembered by his wife, Dorothy A. Hilliard of Franklin; five sons, Alfred J. Hilliard, Jim Watson, Jared Hilliard and Romalus Howard, all of Franklin, and Kortland Hilliard of Elkridge, MD; four daughters, Dawn Alexander, Megan Alexander, Adriana Alexander and Sarah Alexander, all of Franklin; two sisters, Alberta Taylor and Ellen Stewart, both of Lafayette; 10 grandchildren; as well as a host nieces, nephews and several other relatives and friends.
Jim Michael was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and one brother.
