ERNEST HAMILTON 'SHOT' PARRO

Ernest Hamilton “Shot” Parro, a native of Baldwin and a resident of Berwick, passed away Friday, May 15, 2015, at Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City.
Ernest is survived by his wife of 58 years, Carolyn Parro; one daughter, Bella Burchfield and her husband, Lloyd, of Berwick; one son, Ernest “Pat” Parro and his wife, D’Lane, of Berwick; three brothers, Herbert Parro, Percy Parro and Donald Parro; two sisters, Dorothy Bella and Dianne Robicheaux; and three grandchildren, Sydney Jo Burchfield, Bailey Lane Parro and Chase Patrick Parro.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alexander Parro Sr. and Mabel Parro; and one brother, Alexander Parro Jr.
Visitation was held Saturday, May 16, 2015, from 12:30 p.m. until time of services at 1:30 p.m. at St. Stephen Catholic Church. Burial was held in the Berwick Mausoleum.
