Police Reports 5-22-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Christopher Adams Jr., 34, of 1130 Francis St., Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 8:01 a.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of texting while driving. He was released on a $250 bond.
Timothy D. Lodrigue, 56, of 18 Theriot St., Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 11:38 a.m. on warrant for failure to provide notification as a sex offender and failure to pay annual registration fee. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Shannon M. Nash, 31, of 308 Ellis St., Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 7:06 p.m. on a warrant for criminal neglect of family. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Gregory Payne, 19, of 1900 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 7:55 p.m. on seven warrants for failure to appear on charges of criminal neglect of family, two counts of domestic battery, violation of a protective order, disturbing the peace and resisting an officer. Bond had not been set as of this morning
Tommy D. Donati, 32, of 105 Carter St., Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 8:30 p.m. on a charge of criminal trespass and on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family. He is being held with bond set at $9,710.
Elmer D. Reyes, 20, of 1401 B. Barrow St., Amelia, was arrested today at 12:46 a.m. on charges of reckless operation of a vehicle, no driver’s license and simple criminal damage to property after allegedly losing control of his vehicle and causing it to overturn.
Reyes was transported to Teche Regional Medical Center for treatment of injuries and was issued a summons to appear in court.
