Police Reports 6-4-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Curtis Gaudet Jr., 21, of 221 Lake Palourde Road, Amelia, was arrested Wednesday at 8:22 a.m. on a warrant charging him with domestic battery and criminal damage to property. He was released on $2,750 bond.
Wesley A. Rink, 20, and Judith Bowen, 26, both of 108 Bayou Boeuf Road, Amelia, were arrested Wednesday at 10:37 a.m. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and released on summonses.
Alex ‘Wilfredo’ Hernandez, 33, of Amelia, was charged with failure to appear on charges of disturbing the peace and open alcohol container. He was already incarcerated when charged. Bond is set at $5,750.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Vinnie Austin Jr., 21, of Blakesley Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 9:42 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released on $500 bond.
Travonya Webb, 35, of Baytown, Texas, was arrested Wednesday at 10:42 p.m. on a bench warrant on a charge of suspended driver’s license. No bond was set.
Michelle Duplantis, 34, of Houma, was arrested today at 4:14 a.m. on charges of second offense possession of meth, second offense possession of drug paraphernalia, and a Calcasieu Parish warrant on charges of possession of Schedule II and IV drugs. No bond was set.
Chitimacha Police Capt. Ellen Hebert reported the arrest of Melanie Davis, 52, of Lafayette, today on a 15th Judicial District Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of speeding and a 16th Judicial District Court warrant on a charge of issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.
