Police Reports 6-9-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrest:
Wilbert Poole III, 21, of 7112 Main St., Patterson, was arrested at 2:53 a.m. today on a charge of open alcohol container. He was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported that Gerald Sophus, 25, of Samuel Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 7:54 a.m. on a warrant charging him with driving under suspension and he was again charged with driving under suspension at the time of arrest. He was released on $2,000 bond.
Kevin James, 29, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 12:24 p.m. on a charge of no driver’s license and released on $250 bond.
Albert Mitchell, 57, of Eighth Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:45 p.m. on a charge of simple battery and held on $5,000 bond.
