Police Reports 6-23-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Lionel Bell Jr., 34, of Prairieville, was arrested Monday at 11:38 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation. Bond was set at $10,000.
Daniel R. Miller Jr., 26, of 211 Cedar St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 8:37 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of distribution of cocaine. No bond was set.
Maurice Givens, 34, of 434 Tiffany St., Patterson, was arrested today at 1:20 a.m. on charges of driving under suspension and a vehicle lights violation. Givens was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Chad Lightfoot, 43, of Chalmette, Monday at 2:08 p.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery. He was released on $307 bond.
Colby Spain, 32, of 12th Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 6:50 p.m. on a warrant charging him with disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released on $500 bond.
Ash Lee Miller, 34, of Joan Drive, Franklin, was arrested today at 12:40 a.m. on warrants charging him with third offense domestic abuse battery and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. No bond was set.
