GERALD J. LANDRY
Gerald J. Landry, 80, of Bernard Avenue, Greeneville, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at Laughlin Memorial Hospital.
He was a plumber and electrician.
Mr. Landry was a member of Greenelawn Baptist Church.
He served two years in the U. S. Army at Ft. Bliss, Texas.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Glenda Landry; four sons and daughters-in-law, James and Karen Landry, Samuel and Sara Landry, Steven and Sherry Landry, and Lynn and Freida Landry; grandchildren, Kaitlynn Landry, Devin Landry and Seth Landry; two stepgrandchildren, Jenna Mays and Matt Mays; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Dorothy and Gerald Braud, and Nell Hopkins; a brother and sister-in-law, Harry and Leila Landry; and several nieces and nephews.
He was the son of the late Dauvall and Myrtle Landry and was preceded in death by three sisters, Marion King, Elizabeth Jackson and Vickie Parr; and a brother, Roy Landry.
The family received friends from 2 until 4 p.m. and again from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, June 28, 2015, at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home of Greeneville, Tennessee.
Funeral service were at 1 p.m. today, Monday, June 29, 2015, in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Blaine Shoun officiating.
Interment followed in Andrew Johnson National Cemetery.
Pallbearers were his family and friends.
