Police Reports 7-13-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Rebecca Matherly 32, of Lumberton, Texas, was arrested Friday at 10:40 a.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing and released on a summons.
Ashleigh Rowen, 22, of 1721 River Road, Berwick, was arrested Friday at 3:01 p.m. on an Assumption Parish failure to appear warrant on a charge of remaining where forbidden. No bond was set.
Termaine Morrison, 28, of 128 Martin Luther King Road, Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 2:54 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of direct contempt, speeding and failure to honor written promise to appear. He was released on $349 bond.
A juvenile female, 16, of Gore, Oklahoma, was arrested Saturday at 8:53 p.m. on a charge of being a runaway.
Also arrested was Chris Turner Jr., 23, of 114 Lake Palourde Road, Amelia, at 11:59 p.m., on a charge of carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
A deputy responded to complaint of a welfare concern regarding a runaway juvenile at the above listed residence in Amelia. During the course of the investigation, the deputy reportedly learned that Turner and the juvenile female met on Facebook. During their conversations with each other, the juvenile reportedly claimed to be of age. Turner assisted the juvenile in traveling to his residence in Louisiana where the two allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse. The juvenile, who had been reported missing in Oklahoma, was released to the custody of the Louisiana Department of Child and Family Services. Turner was transported to the parish jail for booking. Turner was later released on a recognizance bond.
Chantal Burke, 21, of 130 Main Street, Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 11:37 p.m. on a charge of driving under suspension and released on a summons.
Dustin Macaluso, 32, of La. 182, Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 1:12 a.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal damage to property. He was released on $500 bond.
Russell Q. Francis Jr., 30, no known address, was arrested Sunday at 4:30 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of theft and resisting an officer. No bond was set.
David J. Hayes, 29, of 1806 Pine St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 10:43 a.m. on two warrants charging him with failure to appear for a drug court status conference. Bond is $200,000.
Patrick McEniry, 47, no address given, was arrested Sunday at 4:47 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace and released on a summons.
Parish Durkins, 28, of 602 Egle St., Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 10:12 p.m. on a charge of telephone harassment. Bond was set at $500.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Jonathan G. Sarmento, 34, of 136 Aristile Road, Bayou L’Ourse, Friday at 7:27 p.m. on charges of failure to signal, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of Narco, possession of drug paraphernalia, transactions involving drug proceeds, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance and by a felon and possession of Xanax. No bond was set.
Amy Morrison, 25, of 310 Nicholas St., Berwick, was arrested Friday at 7:27 p.m. on charges of possession of meth, obstruction of justice and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Elzina Charles, 24, of Jolivette Street, Baldwin, was arrested Friday at 4:27 p.m., on warrants issued by Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of speeding, no child restraint and no driver’s license on person. Charles was released on a $555 cash bond.
Gregory Tabb, 49, of Tabb Lane, Baldwin, was arrested Friday at 11:47 p.m., on a charge of disturbing the peace by public intoxication. He was released on a $500 bond.
Amanda Rudolph, 28, of Railroad Avenue, Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 9:17 a.m., on a warrant issued by 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on charges of suspended driver’s license, careless operation and improper passing. She was released on a $500 bond.
Robert Tillman Jr., 24, of Robert Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 9:26 a.m. on charges of second degree battery and domestic abuse battery. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Ebonie Brown, 26, of Myra Street Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:33 a.m., on a warrant issued by Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on a charge of theft of utilities. She was released on a $700 cash bond.
Ebonie Brown, 26, of Myra Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 3:50 p.m., on a warrant issued by 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on charges of suspended driver’s license and operating a vehicle with an unlit license plate. She was released on a $2,000 bond.
Jerome Darby, 52, of Fifth Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 3:07 a.m., on charges of third-offense possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting an officer and misrepresentation during booking. Bond was set at $3,500.
Laquandre Freeman, 18, of Scotty Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:30 p.m., on warrants charging him with disturbing the peace and aggravated battery requiring medical attention. Freeman also charged on a warrant from 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on a charge of theft of goods under $500. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
