Police Reports 7-15-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Arthur Brazel Jr., 36, of Humble, TX, was additionally charged Tuesday with a district court failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal trespassing. No bond was set.
Barry Brice, 58, of 4942 Chitimacha Trail, Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 3:08 p.m. on charges of criminal trespassing, disturbing the peace intoxicated and littering. He was released on a summons.
Richard Turner Jr., 55, of 733½ Utah St., Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 10:49 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of possession of undersized redfish and possession over the limit of redfish on the water. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jaqueline Theriot, 41, of New Iberia, Monday at 11:21 a.m. on a district court failure to appear warrant on a charge of unauthorized use of an access card. She was transferred to the Iberia Parish Jail.
Mary Thibodeaux, 31, of Opelousas, was arrested Monday at 1:06 p.m. on a 15th Judicial District Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of driving under suspension and held with no bond set.
Tabitha Theriot, 41, of Perret Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 8:38 p.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks and released on a summons.
Jeralyn Carson, 22, of Labau Street, Baldwin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:32 p.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on charges of speeding and no driver’s license. She was released on $340 bond.
