Police Reports 7-30-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Joshua Delaney, 27, of 130 Keller’s Lane, Ricohoc, was arrested Wednesday at 8:12 a.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery, a failure to appear warrant on a charge of domestic abuse battery, and he was charged Wednesday with possession of synthetic marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Also arrested was Mary Delaney, 51, same address, on a charge of obstruction of justice and failure to appear warrants on charges of theft, failure to dim headlights and driving under suspension.
Both were held with no bonds set.
Erin Vilcan, 37, of 222 Cherokee St., Charenton, was arrested Wednesday at 8:29 a.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of issuing worthless checks. She was released on $10,000 bond.
Elkin Mesa, 24, of Houston, was arrested Wednesday at 1:28 p.m. on a Morgan City warrant charging him with illegal carrying of weapons in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance. He was released on $720 bond.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Cherry Donati, 31, of 2820 Second St., Berwick, Wednesday at 4:06 p.m. on charges of possession of Narco, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to signal. No bond was set.
Anna Collette, 24, of 232 Wayne Lane, Centerville, was arrested Tuesday at 7:49 p.m. on a charge of possession of synthetic marijuana. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Marshall Bell Jr., 38, of Easy Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 9:13 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace, second offense possession of synthetic marijuana and probation violation. No bond was set.
Charles Brown, 19, of Curtis Drive, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 12:49 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery and held with no bond set.
