Area soccer sign-ups set

The St. Mary Soccer Association will hold soccer registration Aug. 10 and 12, at M.D. Shannon Elementary in Morgan City.
Registration, which will be held from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on each day, is open to youth, ages 4 years old as of July 31, 2015, to 16 years old.
Those interested in registering should enter the school at the Pershing Street entrance.
Registrations will be completed online in the school’s computer labs.
Registration costs are $60 per player, which includes jersey, shorts and socks.
Coaches and referees are needed too, and they should see someone at registration to volunteer for these positions.
