JENNIE MARIE AUCOIN

Jennie Marie Aucoin, 78, a native of Belle River and resident of Pierre Part, died on July 21, 2015. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her four daughters, Barbara Aucoin, Jenne Aucoin Lombas and husband, Mack, Audrey Aucoin Crochet and husband, Chris, Melina Aucoin and significant other, Claudia Blanchard; four sons, Edward "Shorty" Aucoin, Sr. and wife Rebecca, Irvin "Hop" Aucoin and wife Katherine, James "P-Noon" Aucoin, Jr. and wife, Tammy, Anthony "T-Black" Aucoin and wife Pauline; one sister-in-law, Marie Leonard; four brothers, Rene Leonard and wife Cora, Arvin Alleman and wife Lennie, Marvin Alleman and wife Francis, Ray Alleman and wife Nancy; four sisters, Irma Blanco and husband, Calvin, Esther Gilbert and husband, Walter, Suzanne Clark and husband, Paul, Flavia Eary and husband Russell; 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and numerous, nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Jame "T-Jim" Aucoin, Sr.; mother, Hilda Aucoin, father, Semillian Alleman; one brother, Gilbert "Tootsie" Leonard; one granddaughter, Chantel Wiggins; stepmother, Hazel Alleman; and sister-in-law, Grace Leonard.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Ourso Funeral Home in Pierre Part from 6:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m.and resumed on Thursday, July 23, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Pierre Part. Burial was followed at Sacred Heart Mausoleum in Belle River.
