Police Reports 8-12-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Rebecca Matherly, 32, of 7405 La. 182, No. 116, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 4:56 a.m. on charges of improper driving on a roadway laned for traffic, no driver’s license, switched license plate, possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $4,250.
Agnes L. Johnson, 73, of 2655 Johnson Drive, Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 12:19 p.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks and was released on a summons.
Toya Hamm, 34, of 108 Oak St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 2:06 p.m. on a warrant charging her with forgery and unauthorized use of an access card. She was released on $3,500 bond.
Kevin Mitchell, 46, of 10671 La. 182, Lot 19, Amelia, was arrested today at 4:42 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of direct contempt, failure to signal lane change, no driver’s license, invalid registration and failure to honor written promise to appear. Bond was set at $349.
Narcotics Division agents reported that Kathy Pierce, 48, of 7197 Park Road, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 7:49 p.m. on charges of no turn signal, possession of Lortab, possession in the presence of a juvenile and violation of a drug free zone. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Courtney Richardson, 28, of Third Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 4:15 p.m. on a district court failure to appear warrant on a charge of possession of marijuana. Richardson was released on $3,500 bond.
