Police Reports 8-27-15
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Tye E. Eiserman, 23, of Montegut, was arrested Wednesday at 11:27 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of taking oysters from an unapproved area. He was released on $500 bond.
Brent M. Dalton, 34, of 105 Sydney Jo Lane, Berwick, was arrested Wednesday at 6:36 p.m. on two warrants charging him with failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court and held on $200,000 bond.
Kenneth J. Alfred, 41, of 504 Hilda St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 7:16 p.m. on charges of driving under suspension, possession of hydrocodone and failure to appear on charges of driving under suspension and possession of hydrocodone. No bond was set.
Marc Ramsey, 35, of 607 Clarke Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 10:11 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family. Bond is $9,114.
Narcotics Division agents reported the arrest of James Goins, 31, of Gibson, Wednesday at 3:56 p.m. on charges of improper lane use and possession of meth with intent to distribute. No bond was set.
Chasity Marshall, 26, of 610 Pines Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 3:56 p.m. on a charge of possession of meth. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Darren Darby, 19, of Isabella Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 12:42 p.m. on a warrant charging him with theft of goods, and he was also charged with possession of Schedule I drugs with intent to distribute, bringing contraband into a jail, resisting an officer with force and probation violation. No bond was set.
Robert Johnson Jr., 28, of First Street, Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 5:41 p.m. on a 32nd Judicial District Court failure to appear warrant on charges of failure to pay fines and third offense possession of marijuana. No bond was set.
Marcus Ledet, 41, of Mechanic Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 3:31 a.m. on warrants charging him with criminal trespassing and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. No bond was set.
The following three arrests were made after officers responded to a complaint of people standing in the roadway in the area of Sixth Street and Seventh Street and refusing to move out of the roadway for traffic to pass. Officers arrived in the area and asked the individuals to move out of the roadway. Upon passing back through the area, the individuals were still in the middle of the roadway and ran when they saw officers approaching.
Jephon Madison, 17, of Baker Road, Franklin; Leo Gradley III, 17, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin; and Teldrich Toussaint, 17, of Antigo Alley, Franklin, were all charged with obstruction of a public passage and resisting an officer. Bonds were set at $1,500 and only Madison was released.
