City prayer event set Monday

Franklin will observe the statewide day of prayer for law enforcement Monday.
Declared by Gov. Bobby Jindal, city officials will host a gathering of prayer at noon at Franklin City Hall on Iberia Street.
State and local officials, churches and the public are invited.
