Police Reports 9-16-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Ciara Leonard, 27, of Napoleonville, was arrested Tuesday at 11 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. No bond was set.
Sadie Schneider, 38, of Hahnville, was arrested Tuesday at 7:32 p.m. on a charge of driving under suspension and released on a summons.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Joseph Williams, 37, of 1205 Willow St., Franklin, Tuesday at 12:11 p.m. on a charge of failure to signal a turn and possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons.
Gene Webb, 26, of 271 Grandwood St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 12:11 p.m. on a charge of second offense possession of marijuana. No bond was set.
Fallon Touchet, 33, of 810 Fletcher St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 3:59 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and released on a summons.
Hubert Lovett, 50, of 2328 Wilson Lane, Patterson, was arrested today at 12:54 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and released on a summons.
