Police Reports 10-9-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Patrick Augman, 41, of 312 Como St., Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 10:10 a.m. on a warrant charging him with theft of goods and a Morgan City warrant charging him with theft. No bond was set.
A juvenile male, 16, of Four Corners, was arrested Wednesday at 11 a.m. on a warrant charging him with simple vehicle burglary and released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Cynthia Welch, 56, of 103 Teche Court, Baldwin, was arrested Wednesday at 2:48 p.m. on charges of no insurance, no license plate and no registration and was released on a summons.
Eric Driskill, 40, of Jeanerette, was arrested Wednesday at 7:06 p.m. on a Morgan City failure to appear warrant on charges of no driver’s license. No bond was set.
Nikolay Zozulya, 57, of Katy, Texas, was arrested Wednesday at 11:21 p.m. on a charge of reckless operation and released on a summons.
Deron Bourgeois, 33, of 142 Caesar Lane, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 4:37 p.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of improper lane use, suspended license and criminal neglect of family. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Chelsie Lacoste, 19, of 112 Beau Lane, Bayou Vista, Wednesday at 6:24 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, Xanax and drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Quinton Jones, 24, of 117 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Thursday at 2:16 p.m. on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, resisting an officer by force, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile and violation of a drug free zone. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Denae Daggs, 22, of Plantation Drive, Franklin, Wednesday at 12:25 p.m. on a district court failure to appear warrant on a traffic violations charge. She was released on $500 bond.
Devon Jackson, 26, of New Iberia, was arrested Wednesday at 1:05 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace, remaining where forbidden and resisting an officer and released on $1,750 bond.
Carl Short, 44, of Barrow Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 5:23 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated and remaining where forbidden. No bond was set.
Terrance Clark, 46, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 3:50 p.m. on warrants charging him with simple assault and disturbing the peace and was held on $500 bond.
