Supporters turn out for Brittany’s Project events

Brittany’s Project’s recent Color Run drew over 200 participants, including St. Mary Parish President Paul Naquin who volunteered for the dunk tank, top. At center, candidates for parish president Gary Duhon and David Hanagriff also volunteered for a go in the tank. At bottom are participants in the Color Run. The Color Run was held at Lake End Park to help raise funds for a recreational and activity center to be constructed in Franklin. Funds will also assist with Brittany’s Project activities. The Fall Festival Night was also held at the Berwick Civic Center. Supporters attended in costumes. Brittany’s Project is open to any individual with an intellectual or developmental disability and may receive special education services through the school system.
