Police Reports 1-27-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Tamara L. Manning, 33, of 911½ First St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 10:56 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of driving under suspension and operating a vehicle with improper tail lights. No bail was set.
Norris P. Touchet Jr., 44, of St. Martinville, was arrested Tuesday at 12 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of injuring public records and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of illegal possession of stolen things. No bail was set.
Michael J. Jack, 44, of Glencoe, was arrested Tuesday at 1:14 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was released on a summons.
Justin Price, 27, of 515 General McArthur St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 12:32 a.m. and charged with headlights required and driving under suspension. Bail was set at $1,250.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Tyler Brewer, 23, of Louisa Street, Patterson, was arrested Monday at 8:31 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence. Brewer was held with no bond set.
Shane Vallet, 23, of Oakdale Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday on warrants charging him with aggravated assault and simple criminal damage to property. Vallet was processed and released on a $2,000 bond.
Ronell Bourgeois, 43, of La. 317, Centerville, while incarcerated at St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center, was arrested Tuesday at 3:35 p.m. and charged on warrants charging him with theft by shoplifting. Bourgeois was processed and held with no bond set.
Lane Howard Sr., 41, of Becnel Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 8:34 p.m. and charged with sexual acts prohibited in public. Howard was held with no bond set.
Elvina Butler, 33, of Ebony Lane, Charenton, was arrested Tuesday at 8:24 p.m. and charged with sexual acts prohibited in public. Butler was held with no bond set.
Dave Peters Jr., 35, of Blakesley Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 12:35 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by fighting. Peters was held on a $500 bond.
Darien Hoskins, 36, of B Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 3:02 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by fighting. Hoskins was held on a $500 bond.
