Police Reports 2-10-16
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Dean Darby, 25, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 2:50 p.m. and charged with distribution of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana). Darby was processed and held with no bond set.
Morris Thibeaux, 59, of Franklin, was arrested Monday at 6:57 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by public intoxication. Thibeaux was processed and held on a $250 bond.
Jerriod Garrison, 23, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 3:01 p.m. and charged on a warrant for Patterson Police Department for indecent behavior with a juvenile (two counts.). Garrison was processed and released to Patterson Police Department.
Harry Smith III 23, of Seventh St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 6:27 p.m. and charged on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear for the charge of theft under $500. Smith was processed and held with no bond set.
Tony Richard, 25, of Lafayette, was arrested Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by loud and profane language. Richard was processed and released on a $307 cash bond.
Mitchell Guilbeau, 21, was arrested Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. and charged with resisting an officer by false information. Guilbeau was processed and held with no bond set.
Earl Perro, 35, of Muggah Street, Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 12:15 a.m. and charged on warrants for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of no driver’s license, failure to stop at a stop sign and simple battery with medical attention. Perro was arrested on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of possession of cocaine. Perro was also arrested on warrants for the Patterson Police Department for the charges of resisting an officer by flight and unauthorized use of a moveable. Perro was processed and held with no bond set.
