Police Reports 2-18-16

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrest:
Kient Martin, 26, of Myra Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 6:08 p.m. and charged with remaining where forbidden. Martin was processed and held on a $1,000 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Lonnie R. Baker Jr., 24, of 312 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 4:06 p.m. and charged with no driver’s license, impeding the flow of traffic and possession of marijuana. Baker was released on a summons to appear in court.
Hosey M. Provost Jr., 32, of 136 Baker Road, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 4:06 p.m. and charged for possession of marijuana and obstruction of justice. Provost was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail was set.
Joantress Warner, 21, of 610 Eleventh St., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 4:06 p.m. and charged for possession of marijuana. Warner was released on a summons to appear in court.
Aaron L. Comeaux, 30, of 207 Saturn Road #7, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 6:11 p.m. and charged with tail lights required and possession of Schedule II (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $2,250.
Kristy Theriot, 45, of 1810 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 7:41 p.m. and charged for possession of Schedule IV (clonazepam). Theriot was released on a $1,000 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Keith Tillman, 19, of 108 Patty Lane, Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 8:13 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft of goods. No bail was set.
Samantha Landry, 29, of 225 Dixie Road, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 11:42 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft of goods. Landry was released on a $1,000 bond.
Harland Edmond, 30, of New Iberia, was arrested Wednesday at 1:08 p.m. and charged on a warrant for aggravated assault with a firearm. No bail was set.
Rory Landry, 34, of 15189 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 2:06 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail is set at $16,569.
