Police Reports 2-2-16
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Caston Malveaux, 59, of 511 B Signe St., Patterson, was arrested Monday at 8:07 a.m. and charged with careless operation of a motor vehicle with a crash and no insurance. Malveaux was released on a summons to appear in court.
Precious Beasley, 26, of Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 12:44 p.m. and charged with careless operation with a crash and expired motor vehicle inspection sticker. Beasley was released on a summons to appear in court.
Rhonda Lodrigue, 39, of Two Sister’s Court, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 2:50 p.m. and charged with theft, forgery and monetary instrument abuse. No bail was set.
Demetrius Green, 27, of 630 Shannon St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 5:18 p.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. Green was released on $1,000 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Nathaniel Hawkins, Sr., 44, of Amelia, was arrested Monday at 7:48 p.m. and charged with failure to properly signal a turn and possession with intent to distribute MDMA (ecstasy). No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Keviante Gilton, 17, of Blakesley Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday 2:53 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by fighting. Gilton was processed and released on a $500 bond.
Shacoby Johnson, 20, of Eighth Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 12:20 a.m. and charged with turning movements and required signals and one way roadway. Johnson was processed and released on a $500 cash bond.
Girard Navy Jr., 23, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 12:20 a.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I narcotics (ecstasy). Navy was processed and held with no bond set.
Gregory Johnson, 56, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 3:38 a.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery third offense and parole violation. Johnson was processed and held with no bond set.
Antoinette Johnson, 34, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 3:38 a.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. Johnson was also arrested on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of disturbing the peace by intoxication. Johnson was processed and held with no bond set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Nathaniel Menard, 22, of Chitimacha Loop Road, Charenton, was arrested Tuesday and charged on an arrest warrant for hindering law enforcement. Menard’s charges were filed in the Chitimacha Tribal Courts.
Brandon Soprano, 22, of Chitimacha Loop Road, Charenton, was arrested Tuesday and charged with possession with intent to distribute synthetic marijuana, possession of synthetic marijuana in a drug free zone, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of legend drugs and possession of Legend drugs in a drug free zone. No bond was set.
Patrick Dennis, 52, of New Orleans, was arrested Tuesday and charged with possession of Schedule two narcotics (crack cocaine); possession of Schedule two narcotics (crack cocaine) in a drug free zone and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dennis also had six outstanding warrants from New Orleans. No bond was set.
Malcolm Menard, 47, address unknown, was arrested Tuesday and charged with possession of Schedule two narcotics (crack cocaine), possession of Schedule two narcotics (crack cocaine) in a drug free zone and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Criminal Investigation and Narcotics Divisions made the following arrests:
Blake Wain, 19, of 656 Parish Road 131, Centerville, was arrested Tuesday at 9:52 p.m. and charged for the following offenses: warrant for second degree battery, simple battery and attempted robbery, possession of Schedule I (ecstasy) with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $411,500.
Arnette J. Brashear, 18, of Lafayette, was arrested Tuesday at 9:52 p.m. and charged for the following offenses: first degree robbery, simple battery, possession of Schedule I (ecstasy) with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bail was set.
Alarena Jarrell, 20, of 656 Parish Road 131, Centerville, was arrested Tuesday at 9:52 p.m. and charged on a warrant for possession of Schedule I (ecstasy) with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance. No bond was set.
Alyssandra Russo, 18, of Lafayette, was arrested Tuesday at 9:52 p.m. and charged on a warrant for possession of Schedule I (ecstasy) with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance. No bond was set.
Detectives identified the two other suspects as Kaleb Calloway and John Buck Jr. Warrants have been issued for their arrest on the charges of second degree robbery and simple battery. Nineteen-year-old Calloway’s last known address is Sun Street in Bayou Vista.
29-year-old Buck’s last known address is Ricohoc Drive in Ricohoc. Anyone who may have information on their whereabouts should contact their local law enforcement agency.
