Police Reports 3-15-16

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrest:
Barry Jackson, 33, of Trowbridge Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 10:24 p.m. for the charge of disturbing the peace by loud and obscene language. Jackson was processed and held on a $500 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrest:
Gatchary Forth, 28, of Florham Park, New Jersey, was additionally charged with illegal possession of stolen things. Forth was incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. No bail was set.
Albert Mujaj, 36, of the Bronx, New York, was additionally charged with illegal possession of stolen things. Mujaj remained incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. No bail was set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Taylor R. Brewer, 22, of 112 South Railroad Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 9:22 a.m. and charged on a warrant for theft. Brewer was released after posting a $5,000 bond.
Dylan Allen, 18, of 1755 La. 317, Centerville, was arrested Monday at 1:35 p.m. and charged for misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile. Allen was released after posting a $1,500 bond.
Steven Williamson, 32, 126 Riverview Drive, Patterson, was arrested Monday at 6:02 p.m. and charged for possession of Schedule I and operating a vehicle under the influence of an illegal substance. No bail was set.
Paulette G. Lewis, 47, of Amelia, was arrested Monday at 9:02 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I (marijuana), second offense; driver must be licensed, proper equipment required on vehicles, possession of (open) alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles, warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation and a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle without proper required equipment. No bail was set.
Lady Brown, 33, of 1404 Martin Luther King Drive, Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 4:37 a.m. and charged for violation of the maximum speed limit and driving under suspension. Brown was released on a summons to appear in court.
