Police Reports 5-11-16

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Paula Jack, 48, of Ash Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 5:12 p.m. for the charge of criminal mischief. Jack was processed and released to appear in Third Ward Court.
Alfred Collins, 24, of Ash Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 5:20 p.m. one charges of criminal damage to property, no driver’s license, switched license plate, no insurance and hit and run. Collins was also arrested on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of unauthorized use of a movable. Collins was processed and held on a $4,000 bond.
Shawn Mallet, 41, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 8:44 p.m. for the charges of possession of schedule I narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mallet was also arrested on a warrant on the charges of nonconsensual disclosure of private messages and cyberstalking. Mallet was processed and held with no bond set.
Jermaine Small, 36, of Nora Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 8:58 p.m. and charged on a warrant on the charge of aggravated battery. Small was processed and held on a $1,000 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Keith Robinson, 36, of 492 Verdun Lane, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 3:08 p.m. and charged on a warrant for domestic abuse battery. Robinson was released after posting $7,000 bail.
Christi Henry, 32, of 403 Bollard St., Baldwin, was arrested Tuesday at 5:03 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of direct contempt of court, failure to use seatbelts and failure to honor written promise to appear. Henry was released on a $100 bond.
Travis Manson, 34, of 207 Picket St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 5:07 p.m. and charged on a warrant from Harris County, Texas for parole violation. No bail was set.
Russell Gunner, 43, of 120 Bogan Lane, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 1:26 a.m. and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, flight from an officer, possession of open alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles, driving under suspension, license plate lights required and failure to signal a lane change. No bail was set.
Danny Savoie, 38, of 151 Prairie Road Circle, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 1:26 a.m. and charged for possession of open alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles. Savoie was released on a summons to appear in court.
