LOLA 'KATHY' FORBES

Lola “Kathy” Forbes, 67, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016, at her home.
She is survived by her husband, Don Thomson; three sons, Kelon Anderson of Ovelt, Mississippi, Kenneth Forbes of Bayou Vista, and Casey Forbes of Houma; two daughters, Laurie Schulmeister and Melanie Douet, both of St. Martinville; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one brother, Ray Flynt of New Orleans; along with a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her son, her parents and other relatives and friends.
A memorial visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Friday, May 20, 2016, at Twin City Funeral Home.
