St. Martin sheriff searching for non-compliant sex offender

St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Kelly Franklin, 25, last known to be living in the Franklin/Morgan City area, who is wanted on a warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Kelly Franklin, is asked to contact the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office at 337-394-3071.
