Police Reports 5-31-16
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the Uniformed Patrol Division and Narcotics Division:
Dontrell Robinson, 25, of 501½ Ninth St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 5:26 p.m. and charged for off road vehicles on a public roadway prohibited, no license plate and no insurance. Robinson was released on a summons to appear in court.
Chris M. Johnson, 23, of Napoleonville, was arrested Friday at 10:34 p.m. and charged with speeding and driving under suspension. Johnson was released on a summons to appear in court.
Tron Davis, 22, of 307 Rudolph Drive, Lafayette, was arrested Friday at 11:41 p.m. and charged for careless operation of a motor vehicle, driving under suspension and no insurance. Davis was released on a summons to appear in court.
Louis N. Lee, 60, no address, was arrested Saturday at 10:27 a.m. and charged for vagrancy, resisting an officer by refusing to give information and battery on a police officer. Bail was set at $2,250.
Demarcus D. Moses, 36, of New Iberia, was arrested Monday at 4:48 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass. Moses was subsequently released on a summons to appear in court.
Casey R. Ingram, 28, of 162 Rodriquez Lane, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 5:02 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass. Ingram was subsequently released on a summons to appear in court.
Tanner Aucoin, 20, of 208 Bowman St., Berwick, was arrested Wednesday at 8:50 p.m. and charged on five warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. Aucoin remains incarcerated with a $500,000 bail.
Brodney Williams, 26, of 1804 N St., Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 8:16 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of driving under suspension and speeding. No bail was set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Alvin J. Collins, 50, of 56 Mary Gary St., Baldwin, was arrested Friday at 6:45 p.m. and charged with possession of crack cocaine. Collins was released on a $5,000 bail.
Paula D. Lane, 35, of 8519 US 90 Frontage Road, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 7:14 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lane was released on a summons to appear in court.
Morris Hankins, 46, of 10608 La. 182 Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 5:23 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant from Lafayette Parish for three counts principal to forgery. Hankins was released after posting a $15,000 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Shontranice McDaniel, 21, of Gum Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 6:03 p.m. and charged on a warrant on the charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. McDaniel was processed and released on a $500 bond.
Angela Johnson, 41, of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 8:32 p.m. and charged on a warrant for City Court of Lafayette for the charge of domestic abuse battery. Johnson was processed and released to Lafayette City Marshall’s Office.
Avery Bolden, 36, of Gumpoint Lane, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 3:55 a.m. for the charge of remaining where forbidden. Bolden was processed and released on a $500 bond.
David Phillps, 36, of Collins Street, Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 11:00 p.m. and charged on warrants on the charges of driver must be licensed, open alcohol container, possession of Schedule II narcotics (crack cocaine) with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia-second offense and careless operation. Phillips was processed and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Keiaironte Dapemont, 21, of New Iberia, was arrested Sunday at 2:39 a.m. and charged on warrants for Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office for the charges of issuing worthless checks. Dapemont was also arrested on a warrant for Baldwin City Court for failure to appear on the charge of speeding, no driver’s license and no insurance. Dapemont was processed and released to the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Ashley Polidore, 25, of Bayard Street, New Iberia, was arrested Sunday at 9:52 p.m. for the charge of cyberstalking. Polidore was processed and released on a $3,000 bond.
