Ribbon cut for new business

The ribbon was cut Tuesday at the grand opening of a new business in Franklin. Personal Touch Auto Detailing is open for business located at 78 Main St. and offering not only services pertaining to vehicles but also cleaning services for the home and lawn care. St. Mary Chamber of Commerce representatives, well-wishers and local officials were on hand for the opening.
