Police Reports 6-2-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Michael McKinnon, 23, of 148 Mars Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 7:35 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of Schedule IV (Xanax) with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule IV (Valium) with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone), obstruction of justice and transactions involving drug proceeds. No bail was set.
Emilie K. Businelle, 23, of 300 Southeast Blvd. Apt. 4, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 7:35 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of Schedule IV (Xanax) with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule IV (Valium) with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of a controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone). No bail was set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the Uniformed Patrol Division:
Mark A. White, 33, of 275 Easy St. Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 11:10 a.m. and charged with resisting an officer, criminal damage to property, warrant for failure to appear on the charges of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles and cruelty to animals and a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile. No bail was set.
Brigg J. McDaniel, 38, of Kaplan, was arrested Wednesday at 12:44 p.m. and charged with warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of open alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles, driving under suspension, careless operation, and no proof of insurance and a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of driving under suspension and speeding. McDaniel was released on a $6,000 bond.
Jermaine Carmouche, 37, of 1216 Fifth St., Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 2:29 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal damage to property and simple battery. Carmouche was released on a summons to appear in court.
Devin P. Guillot, 30, of Pierre Part, was arrested Wednesday at 5:06 p.m. and charged with theft of goods. He was later released on a $1,000 bond.
Dave Sole, 47, of Houma, was arrested Wednesday at 11:09 a.m. and charged for hit and run driving. Sole was released on a $1,000 bond.
Dennis Norwood, 35, of 555 Wheelis Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 9:17 p.m. and charged on a warrant for disturbing the peace. Norwood was released on a summons to appear in court.
James Guerin Jr., 38, of 5328 La. 182 West, Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 12:27 a.m. and charged on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of criminal neglect of family. Bond on the charges is set at $56,300.
