Police Reports 6-9-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the Uniformed Patrol Division:
Brittany Morgan, 25, of 1004 Front St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 2:51 p.m. and charged on three warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of synthetic cannabinoids, illegal possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of persons under 17 and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bail was set.
Clara Watkins, 65, of 302 Glenwood St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 4:34 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of driving with a suspended license and speeding. She was later released on a $1,000 bond.
Aketa Francis, 23, of 301 Egle St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 2:59 a.m. and charged for criminal trespass, remaining where forbidden and disturbing the peace (intoxicated). Francis was transported to the parish jail for booking and was later released on a summons to appear in court.
Bernard Mitchell, 55, of 209 Cedar St., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 6:18 p.m. on a charge of driving under suspension and released on a summons.
August F. Tjon, 62, of Youngsville, was arrested Wednesday at 12:48 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of three counts unauthorized use of a juvenile. No bond was sdt.
Tyrusha R. Charles, 34, and James Roosevelt Jr., both of 1256 Martin Luther King Road, Charenton, were arrested Wednesday at 3:08 p.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery. Both were released on bonds of $3,500.
Jaquincy Mouton, 23, of Franklin, Kevin Drexler, 33, of New Iberia, Ezekiel Anderson, 24, and Delvin Darby, 23, both of Franklin, were additionally charged with aggravated battery Wednesday at 2:47 p.m. The St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center security team along with the Criminal Investigation Division conducted an investigation into a battery that occurred on June 3. Detectives collected evidence that inmates Mouton, Drexler, Anderson and Darby allegedly repeatedly struck another inmate in the head and face during an argument. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment and was released from the medical facility. Mouton, Drexler, Anderson, and Darby remain incarcerated with no bond set.
Anthony Madison, 30, of 611 Robert St., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 10:56 p.m. on charges of no headlight and driving under suspension and was released on a summons.
Joshua D. Dimaggio, 18, of 1803 Rose St., Lot 2, Berwick, was arrested Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. on a charge of simple assault and released on $250 bond.
Baldwin Police Chief Harry Smith Jr. reported the following arrests:
Juanita Tabb, 58, of 241 Deslinger Road, Baldwin, was arrested Thursday at 10:30 p.m. and charged with failure to appear on a bench warrant for hit and run and careless operation. Tabb was released on a summons to appear in court.
Brittany Bolden, 27, of 301 Gumpoint Lane, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 8:30 p.m. and charged with failure to appear on a bench warrant for speeding and suspended driving license. Bolden was released on a summons to appear in court.
Jason Bonvillian, 29, of 15643 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested June 1 at 9:53 p.m. and charged with failure to appear on a bench warrant for loud music. Bonvillian was released on a summons to appear in court.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Jim Watson, 36, of Sixth Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday for the charge of possession of a legend drug without a prescription (Cephalexin), possession of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana) and keeping a disorderly place. Watson was processed and held with no bond.
Michele Darby, 41, of Second Street, Franklin, turned herself in at the Franklin Police Department Tuesday at 10:05 p.m. for warrants for the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office for the charges of distribution of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana), distribution of Schedule I narcotics (ecstasy) and distribution of Schedule I narcotics (synthetic marijuana). Darby was processed and held with no bond set.
Javantre Jackson, 22, of Becnel Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 12:00 a.m. for the charges of disturbing the peace, resisting an officer and remaining where forbidden. Jackson was processed and held with no bond set.
Jim Watson, 36, of Sixth Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 4:19 p.m. on charges of unlawful use or access to social media. While searching Watson’s cell phone pursuant to the search warrant conducted on June 7, officers allegedly located a Facebook account belonging to Watson. Being a convicted sex offender, Watson is not allowed to access social media. Watson was processed and released on bond of $1,500.
