City holds ‘Stop the Violence’ rally July 21

The City of Franklin and Rochelle Bell are sponsoring a “Stop the Violence!” rally to curb gun violence and to promote sound decision making.
The free event will take place July 21 at 6 p.m. at Broussard-Harris Recreation Center.
