Police Reports 7-26-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Keri Francois, 36, of 512 Leo St., Patterson, was arrested Monday at 6:13 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of Schedule II (hydrocodone, Percocet, Lortab, and Narco) and possession of Schedule IV (Tramadol, Provigil, and Xanax). No bail was set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Raymond Johnson, 42, of Amelia, was arrested Monday at 7:38 a.m. and charged on two Terrebonne Parish warrants for monetary instrument abuse and failure to appear on the charge of failure to obey traffic control signals. No bail was set.
Kendall Rochelle, 27, of 3115 Fifth St., Berwick, was arrested Monday at 8:52 a.m. and charged with driving under suspension. Rochelle was released on a summons to appear in court.
Mickey D. Collins, 36, of 2503 Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, was arrested Monday at 10:53 a.m. and charged with stop sign violation, no driver’s license, possession of a firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies and possession of marijuana. No bail was set.
Barrett Leonard, 40, of Pierre Part, was arrested Monday at 2:43 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of driving under suspension, failure to give required signals and failure to obey traffic control signals. Bail was set at $500.
Aramiha Alexis, 29, of New Iberia, was arrested Monday at 4:20 p.m. and charged for failure to appear for interview at the office of the district attorney. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrest:
Brian Waguespack, 40, of St. Nicholas Street, Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 12:22 p.m. for the charge of violation of a protective order. Waguespack was booked, processed and held with no bond set.
