Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrest:
Mark Barto, 44, of Guillotte Street, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday and charged with criminal trespassing and was released on a summons.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Emile Jack III, 47, of 300 Bollard St., Baldwin, was arrested Friday at 10:41 a.m. and charged on a Baldwin Police Department warrant for theft. No bail was set.
Kyle M. Gregory, 31, of Camden, Alabama, was arrested Friday at 11:46 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft of goods and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of driving under suspension and failure to signal when turning. No bail was set.
Drizzt Morales, 19, of Franklin, was additionally charged with simple battery Friday at 1:22 p.m. No bail was set.
Tyler Francis, 20, of Morgan City, was additionally charged with simple battery Friday at 1:22 p.m. No bail was set.
Damien Hale, 26, of Franklin, was additionally charged with simple battery Friday at 1:22 p.m. No bail was set.
Raven Mayon, 20, of Gibson, was additionally charged with simple battery Friday at 1:22 p.m. No bail was set.
Blake Leblanc, 52, of 108 Jordin Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 8:44 p.m. and charged with criminal damage to property and disturbing the peace. Leblanc was released on a summons to appear in court.
Tammy Triggs, 46, of Siracusa, was arrested Friday at 10:31 p.m. and charged with simple battery. Bail was set at $500.
Bonnie Bass, 37, of 111 Lincoln Drive, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 11:41 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace (fighting). Bass was released on a summons to appear in court.
Rebecca Causey, 25, of 203 Jones St., Apt. 3, Berwick, was arrested Friday at 11:41 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace (fighting). Causey was released on a summons to appear in court.
Sabrina Silas, 27, of 514 Frederick Lane, Lot 14, Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 2:51 a.m. and charged with simple battery. Silas was released on a $500 bond.
Eric J. Provost Jr., of 805 Jefferson Terrace, New Iberia, was arrested Saturday at 3:19 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of direct contempt, failure to use seatbelts, operating a vehicle without a driver’s license and failure to honor written promise to appear. Provost was released on a $325 bond.
Brennan Burney, of 906 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:48 p.m. and charged for illegal possession of a stolen firearm and on a warrant from Southern University Police Department for 3 counts of illegal possession of stolen things. No bail was set.
Tony Clark, 34, of 409 Brashear Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 7:33 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of direct contempt, speeding and no driver’s license. No bail was set.
Archie Jones, 21, of 408 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 4:11 a.m. and charged with three counts domestic abuse battery (in the presence of juveniles) and criminal damage to property. No bail was set. The case remains under investigation.
Stephen Bias, 51, of 303 Egle St., Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 2:49 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation. No bail was set.
Timothy Truong, 21, of 160 Village Lane, Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 2:35 p.m. and charged on a warrant for domestic abuse battery. No bail was set.
Byron K. Wesley, 18, of 278 Easy St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 5:08 p.m. and charged with failure to signal 100 feet prior to an intersection, reckless operation of a vehicle, flight from an officer, possession of marijuana and no insurance. No bail was set.
Danny Mitchell, 36, of 607 Rosebud St., Baldwin, was arrested Sunday at 5:08 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of reckless operation of a vehicle, hit and run driving and driving under suspension. Mitchell’s bail was set at $6,000.
Dontrell Colbert, 20, of 626 Pollard St., Baldwin, was arrested Sunday at 5:08 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana and on a warrant for simple battery and home invasion. No bail was set.
Erica Deare, 35, of 127 Procter Road, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 11:11 p.m. and charged with careless operation of a vehicle, possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and no driver’s license. No bail was set.
Quantaneka Burden, 21, of 1158 La. 83, Baldwin, was arrested Monday at 2:54 a.m. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of crack cocaine. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Michael Morris Jr., 17, of Talbot Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 12:54 p.m. and charged on warrants on charges of simple burglary (three counts.), attempted simple burglary and theft. Morris was additionally charged with resisting an officer with force and resisting an officer. Morris was booked, processed and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Harold Dugas III, 41, of Jackson Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:54 p.m. on charges of open alcoholic container, resisting an officer by flight, resisting an officer, unauthorized entry, failure to yield to emergency lights, simple battery and driving while intoxicated- first offense. Dugas was booked, processed and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
