Police Reports 8-18-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Teresa McNeal, 46, of 200 Third St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 10:11 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of lights violation for conditions, smoking with infant in vehicle and no child restraint. She was released on $5,350 bond.
Crystal Ledet, 33, of 202 South Railroad Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 1:42 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and released on $1,000 bond.
John Lacoste III, 32, of 5712 La. 182, Lot 3, was arrested Wednesday at 7:31 p.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal neglect of family. He was released on $2,151 bond.
Dylon Chellette, 22, of 1320 Federal Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 9:40 p.m. on a charge of obstruction of justice and held with no bond set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jordan Billiot, 30, of Cedarwood Drive, Franklin, Wednesday on warrants charging her with aggravated two counts of criminal damage to property, two counts of hit and run and reckless operation. She was held on $17,500 bond.
