Police Reports 8-23-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Mia M. Blair, 19, of 508 Greenwood St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 7:16 p.m. and charged for failure to appear for a drug court status conference and for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. Bail was set at $100,000.
Two juvenile females, ages 15 and 16, both of Franklin, were arrested Monday at 9:39 p.m. and charged with simple battery. Both juveniles were released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Paul Howse, 55, of 109 Pecan Lane, Patterson, was arrested Monday at 9:54 p.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. No bail was set.
Richard Turner Jr., 56, of 733 Utah St., Berwick, was arrested Monday at 10:58 p.m. and charged with issuing worthless checks and for failure to appear on the charge of possession of undersized red drum. He was released on a $2,000 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrest:
Kerdern Martin, 29, of Schoolhouse Lane, Charenton, was arrested Tuesday at 1:49 a.m. for the charges of possession of synthetic cannabinoids and open alcoholic container. No bond was set.
