PATRICIA MIGUES VINCENT

Patricia Migues Vincent, a native of Jeanerette and a longtime resident of Baldwin, passed away at the age of 67 on Thursday, September 1, 2016, at Iberia Medical Center following a courageous two year battle with cancer. Funeral services for Patricia were held Monday, September 5, 2016, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Baldwin during a 2 p.m. Mass of Christian burial. Following the Mass, she was laid to rest in the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Father Gregory Cormier was the Celebrant for the Mass and conducted the services.
A gathering of family and friends was held Monday at the church beginning at 12:00 p.m., with the Holy Rosary being prayed at 1 p.m.
Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Eugene “Gene” Vincent; three sons, Shayne David Vincent; Brent Joseph Vincent and his wife, Karla; and Lance Patrick Vincent; three granddaughters, Magen Alyssa Vincent, Isabella Marie Vincent, and Julianna Michelle Vincent; one sister, Lorraine Daigle; one step sister, Laura Guidry Duplantis; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Bernard Migues; her mother and step father, Elvie Guillotte Migues Guidry and Sidney Guidry; and one sister, Evelyn Migues Robison.
