“Tugboat Jerry” Businelle of Patterson won the Pleasure Craft Division at the Louisiana Shrimp & Petroleum Festival Boat Parade. He also won that division in 2012, 2013 and 2015. Businelle encourages more boaters to register for next year’s competition.
