Patterson Lumberjacks hoops tournament begins Thursday

Patterson High School will host its annual hoops tournament Thursday through Saturday.
In addition to host Patterson, other participants include Berwick, Central Catholic, Morgan City, Lafayette High, North Vermilion, South Lafourche, St. Martinville and Jeanerette.
Thursday’s action begin with Berwick facing Lafayette High at 3:30 p.m., followed by Morgan City and North Vermilion at 5 p.m. South Lafourche and St. Martinville will meet at 6:30 p.m., before Central Catholic and Patterson close the first-day’s action with an 8 p.m. contest.
Friday, St. Martinville will meet Central Catholic at 3:30 p.m., followed by Lafayette High and South Lafourche at 5 p.m. Jeanerette and Patterson will square off at 6:30 p.m., and Berwick and Morgan City at 8 p.m.
Saturday’s action includes Lafayette High meeting Jeanerette at 10 a.m., South Lafourche squaring off with North Vermilion at 11:30 a.m., St. Martinville facing Berwick at 1 p.m., Lafayette High meeting Patterson at 2:30 p.m. and Central Catholic meeting Morgan City at 4 p.m.
