Memorial services will be held Monday, Dec. 19, 2016, during an 11 a.m. Mass of Christian burial at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson for Ralph Paul Segura Jr., a native of Aransas Pass, Texas and a 46-year resident of Patterson, who passed away at the age of 66 on Thursday, Dec. 15, 2016, at Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City. Inurnment will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Father Herb Bennerfield will be the Celebrant for the Mass and conduct the services. A gathering of family and friends will be held Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Diane Patin Segura; his son, Shawn Paul Segura and his wife Donna of Lafayette; one grandson, Collin Istre of Lafayette; his mother, Alice Hebert Segura of Aransas Pass, Texas; three sisters, Roseanna S. Garner of Aransas Pass, Texas, Lillian S. Boone and her husband David of Georgetown, Texas, and Susan S. Raatz and her husband Alan of Corpus Christi, Texas; one brother-in-law, Francis Patin and his wife Darleen of Sugar Land, Texas; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Paul Segura Sr.
