THE REV. LESLIE HYPOLITE JR.

The Rev. Leslie Hypolite Jr., 66, a native of Jeanerette, Louisiana, and resident of Franklin, Louisiana, died Saturday, June 25, 2016, at his residence.
Visitation will be Saturday from 7 a.m. until services at 10 a.m. at the Believer’s Family Worship Center, 1604 E Admiral Doyle Drive, New Iberia, the Rev. Jeffery Archangel Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Rising Sun Cemetery in Jeanerette.
He is survived by his wife, Bernice S. Hypolite of Franklin; three sons, Wesley Hypolite and Dexter Hypolite Sr., both of Franklin, and Terry Thompson of Jeanerette; one brother, Artia Hypolite of Destrehan; one sister, Carolyn B. Jack of Jeanerette; six grandchildren; two goddaughters; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
