ALBERT ‘BOUNCE’ JONES

Albert “Bounce” Jones, 64, a native of Woodville, Mississippi and resident of Verdunville, died Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 1 p.m., at Franklin Foundation Hospital.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 30, at Jones Funeral Home in Franklin, from 11 a.m. until funeral service at 2 p.m.
Albert was a veteran of the United States Army.
Bounce leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Catherine A. Verdun-Jones of Verdunville; two sons, Aaron B. Verdun and Todd A. Verdun both of Verdunville; a daughter, Patrice Jones of New Orleans; two brothers, James (Daisey) Jones and Melvin (Veann) Jones, both of New Orleans; four sisters, Audrey Young of Marrero, Cynara Burns of New Orleans, Ella (Bobby) Harris of Arkansas and Katherine J. Garrison of Kenner; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Louvenia Jones; three brothers, Willie, MacArthur and Prentiss Jones; and two sisters, Gladys Phipps and Gartie Mitchell.
