Albert “Bounce” Jones

Albert “Bounce” Jones, 64, a native and resident of Verdunville, died Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at Franklin Foundation Hospital.
Visitation will be Wednesday at Jones Funeral Home in Franklin from 11 a.m. until funeral service at 2 p.m.
Albert was a veteran of the United States Army.
Survivors include his wife, Catherine A. Verdun-Jones of Verdunville; two sons, Aaron B. Verdun and Todd A. Verdun, both of Verdunville; a daughter, Patrice Jones of New Orleans; two brothers, James Jones and Melvin Jones, both of New Orleans; four sisters, Audrey Young of Marrero, Cynara Burns of New Orleans, Ella Harris of Arkansas and Katherine J. Garrison of Kenner; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters.
Jones Funeral Home of Morgan City-Franklin-Jeanerette-Houma is in charge of arrangements.
