ANGELA LAWONDA GUY

Angela LaWonda Guy, 48, a native of Lafayette, Louisiana, and a resident of Patterson, Louisiana, died Tuesday, June 9, 2015, at her residence.
Visitation will be observed Saturday at St. Luke Baptist Church in Patterson, from 9 a.m. until the funeral at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the Patterson Memorial Park, with Pastor Keith Verrett Sr. officiating.
She is survived by three sons, Earl Guy and Jacolby Guy, both of Lake Charles, and Damon Guy of Patterson; her mother, Eula M. Guy of Patterson; three brothers, Shawn Gant of Morgan City, Harry Haywood of Houston and Gene Grogran of Dallas; three sisters, Sherry Guy-Vilo and Georgianna Haywood, both of Houston, and Tameka Scott of New Orleans; four grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, one sister, and her maternal and paternal grandparents.
Jones Funeral Home of Morgan City, Franklin, Jeanerette and Houma is in charge of arrangements.
