CAIN ‘KING’ HARRIS

Cain “King” Harris, 80, a native of Mendenhall, Mississippi and a resident of Morgan City, died Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at Morgan City Healthcare at 10 a.m.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 13, at Jones Funeral Home in Morgan City, from 8 a.m. until funeral service at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in the Morgan City Cemetery.
Cain “King” leaves to cherish his memories a daughter, Mrs. Floyd (Ethel) Carbins Sr., of Patterson; three sons, Ronnie Harris of Alexandria, Alfred Harris of Mendenhall, Mississippi and Walter Augustine of Houma; a brother, Will Henry Harris of Yakima, Washington; five grandchildren; four godchildren; 10 great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
