CHARLES ALLEN LADDAY SR.

Mr. Charles Allen Ladday Sr., 55, a resident of Patterson and native of Franklin, died Tuesday, October 7, 2014, at his residence following a short illness.
He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Frankie Mae Ladday of Patterson; one son, Charles Allen Ladday Jr. of Fort Worth, Texas; one daughter, Mrs. Charlesia Monique Williams of Patterson; three brothers, George Ladday Jr. of St. Martinville, Larry Ladday of Patterson and Bobby Ladday of El Paso, Texas; three sisters, Dianna Washington and Amanda Washington, both of Patterson, and Mrs. Carla Villery of Houston, Texas; and six grandchildren.
Mr. Ladday was preceded in death by his father.
Visitations will be observed Thursday, Oct. 16, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., at Otis Mortuary, Inc. Chapel in Franklin.
Burial rites will be read Thursday, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Keith Carter officiating. Interment will follow in the Home Industrial Cemetery, located on Williams Street in Patterson.
The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
