CORA STEWART

Cora Stewart, a resident of Glencoe, passed away Saturday, Oct. 22, 2016 at the Franklin Health Care Center.
Visitation will be Saturday, Oct. 29 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at MK DIXON Funeral Home. She will be buried in St. Helens Cemetery in Glencoe.
Survivors include one son, Carl Stewart, two daughters, Angele Kiel and Chantelle Stewart all of Glencoe; a grand-daughter, Carlena (Jason) Delasbair of Baldwin; one brother, Oscar Stewart Sr.; grandchildren, Celina Charles, Yvonne Charles, Tyronn Charles, Ja’Kerra Segura, Jerwone Kiel, La’Kirra Kiel, Arianna Lewis, Duante Charles, Ty’Ryun Charles, Laila Charles, Jayson Delasbair, Javian Delasbair and Kelby Jackson; ten great-grandchildren; two great-nephews, J’Warski and J’Korde Jack; five godchildren, David Maxie, Gail Lancelin, Virginia Jack, Leonard Stewart and Bridget Marks; two dear friends, Gilda and Hester Jones; one sister-in-law, Bernadette Stewart; one brother-in-law, Joseph Yancy Sr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William Stewart and Virginia Taylor Stewart; one son, Kenneth Stewart; four sisters, Mary Louise Jack, Marion Yancy, Edna Mae Stewart and Janice Stewart; one brother, Henry Stewart; one sister-in-law, Rose Stewart; one aunt, Nancy Jack.
