Enora Philomena Poche, 87, a lifelong resident of Morgan City went home on Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014, at Teche Regional Medical Center.
Enora was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to her family. She was always so proud of all her family and enjoyed spending many hours with each of them.
Enora is lovingly remembered by her husband, George Rebardi Jr. of Morgan City; four daughters, Judy Leal of Bayou L’Ourse, Patricia Lombas of Morgan City, Lisa Sons of Berwick and Catina Poche of Morgan City; two sons, Ernest Stratton Sr. and wife, Susie, of Bayou Vista and Wayne Joseph Stratton of Patterson; one brother, Roland Aucoin Sr. of Houma; five stepchildren, Nathan, Verlin, Wade and Byron Rebardi and Sibylla Perez; 27 grandchildren; along with a host of great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
Enora was preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Sidonia Aucoin; one daughter, Cindy Sue Stratton; two sisters; and one brother.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014, at Twin City Funeral Home and resume on Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014, at 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Enora will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Mausoleum.
