Ernest Dean LeBlanc

Ernest Dean LeBlanc, a native and resident of Bayou L’Ourse, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2014, at his residence. He worked as a carpenter and traveled extensively. He was especially fond of Colorado and spent much of his time there.
He was survived by three sisters, Glinda Sauce and husband, David, of Bayou L’Ourse, Delores LeBlanc, of Pierre Part, and Rose Armstrong, of New Haven, Illinois; and three brothers, Armond Joseph LeBlanc and wife, Harriet, of Pierre Part, Leslie James LeBlanc, of Patterson, and William Anthony LeBlanc, of Bayou Vista.
He was preceded in death by his father, Denry Joseph LeBlanc; and mother, Mardell LeBlanc.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, at Twin City Funeral Home with a visitation from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.
